Shipping Policy

  • Order Deliveries Will Be Made Between: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Friday. Excluding public holidays.

  • We ship orders within 2-3 days of payment receipt with trusted shipping partners. Expected  delivery times are 7-10 days from the day of placing the order. 

  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

  • Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.

  • Magiple is not responsible for damage after delivery.

  • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  • The brand will only be responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of the country where the products are being shipped from. The consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the country they are having the products shipped to.

  • The number of products ordered by the customer may exceed the total number permissible by their country for clearance upon arrival. In this regard, the customer must consider these limits placed by their country while ordering products from the brand.

  • The brand will fulfil all international orders from its end. However, the consignee will be responsible for the entry of the products to the country they have chosen to have the products shipped to and for compliance with all applicable laws pertaining to the same, including without limitation, payment of Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.

  • In the event and for any reason whatsoever, an order does not get cleared by customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund of the customer’s order amount after deducting the shipping costs, return duty charges and any other charges incurred by the brand while processing the order and having the products shipped to the customer.

  • Please confirm that your order and the products therein are in compliance with and the delivery permissible under the laws of your country.

Cancellation Policy

​

The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. However, the customer may choose to reject it at the doorstep.

The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the Night and Mind due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Night and Mind reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. Night and Mind also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.

General Returns Policy

​

  • Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on nightandmind.com.

  • Each product has different return windows. Please check the product page.

    • Hummingbird - 7 Days and unopened box. If the box is opened and used the product can not be returned. However we provide full repair support if the product needs repair. 

  • Return will be processed only if: 

    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you;

    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.

Refund Timelines:

The refund time period for different modes of payments is provided below.

Credit Card: 3-5 Business Days 

UPI Linked Bank Accounts: 2-4 Business Days 

Net Banking Account (Credited to Bank Account): 3-5 Business Days

If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.

 

Note: International customers would need to reach out to our Customer Service team to get refunds for their purchase. The refund would be made to the original payment method/instrument used to make the initial purchase.

Note:

1. For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).

 

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your account should match with the name of the bank account holder.

Shipping Cost Refunds

Return shipping costs of upto Rs. 100 will be refunded. The cost of gift-wrapping will also be refunded, if any. 

 

Note: If you incur return shipping charges over Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, you can contact us for an additional refund. For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted. 

 

Note: The seller will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.
